Welcome to Skin Script CLT - a boutique medical aesthetics practice founded by Marissa Russo. Located in Cornelius, North Carolina, we proudly serve clients throughout Charlotte and the surrounding communities.
We offer a curated range of aesthetic treatments including Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, Skinvive™, microneedling, chemical peels, PRF/EZ Gel, customized skincare, and advanced CO2 laser resurfacing. Every treatment plan is personalized with a focus on refined, natural-looking results that help you feel refreshed and confident.
All treatments are performed exclusively by Marissa Russo, a licensed Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of medical experience. Combining advanced aesthetic expertise with patient-centered care, she takes a thoughtful, precision-based approach to deliver safe, consistent results tailored to each individual.
At Skin Script CLT, the experience is designed to feel elevated, personalized, and approachable — helping you look refreshed, feel confident, and age naturally with intention.
MEET MARISSA
Marissa Russo is a board-certified nurse practitioner & the founder of Skin Script CLT. Originally from Upstate New York, she relocated to the Charlotte area in 2011. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte & her Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Marissa maintains her board certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
