Where are you located?
Skin Script is in Lake Norman, NC—serving Mooresville, Huntersville, North Charlotte, and surrounding areas.
Are you a MedSpa or solo injector?
Skin Script is a boutique aesthetics studio founded by board-certified Nurse Practitioner Marissa Russo, NP-C. Every treatment is personalized and performed by Marissa—no rotating providers.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
Children & guests are allowed in the treatment room.
Can I book multiple services in one visit?
Yes! Many clients combine Botox with skincare or peels. We’ll confirm what’s safe and effective during your consult.
What happens if I'm late?
We allow a 10-minute grace period. After that, we may need to reschedule or modify your treatment to stay on schedule for others.
Do you offer free consultations?
We offer paid consultations that apply toward your service if you book the same day—so your time is always valued.
Botox & Neurotoxin
Will I look frozen?
No. We’re known for natural, expressive results—not frozen faces.
How long does it last?
Most clients enjoy results for 3–4 months.
Can I get botox while breastfeeding or pregnant?
No. We do not treat pregnant or nursing clients for safety and liability reasons.
Filler & Facial Balancing
What if I hate how it looks?
We’ve never had to, but we can dissolve HA-based fillers if needed. Our approach avoids overfilling in the first place.
I've never done this - can you help me decide what I need?
Yes. Every appointment starts with a no-pressure consult where we walk you through realistic options and create a plan together.
Microneedling
Do you microneedle with PRP?
No. We use clinically sound protocols—not trendy or inconsistent options.
PDGF/Growth Factor Injections
Is PDGF better than PRP?
We believe so. It’s filtered to reduce inflammation and offers more predictable healing. No red blood cells, no hype.
Chemical Peel
Will I peel with BioRePeel?
Most clients don’t see visible flaking—but still get that hydrated, tight, post-facial glow.
Payment & Policy
Do you offer memberships or discounts?

Can I use Cherry or other payment plans?
Yes—Cherry financing is accepted and can be discussed during your consult.
