Terms & Conditions for Skin Script CLT

By using the services of Skin Script CLT or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Medical Disclaimer

All treatments are performed by licensed providers. Individual results may vary. Information provided on our website or social media does not substitute medical advice.

2. Booking & Cancellation

A valid credit card is required to book.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee of $50 or forfeit of deposit.
No-shows may result in a full charge.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing platforms. Promotional pricing must be honored at the time of service.

4. Refund Policy

All sales on services and packages are final. We do not offer refunds on used or partially used services. Skincare products may be exchanged if unopened within 14 days.

5. Results & Liability

Skin Script CLT is not liable for individual outcomes or dissatisfaction post-treatment. Results are discussed during consultation and are influenced by each client’s health, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

6. Minors

Clients must be 18+ for injectable treatments. Services on minors (under 18) must have written parental consent and may be limited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site and social media, including logos, images, and text, are property of Skin Script CLT and may not be reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
